Following a thorough consultation with a certified PhalloFILL® provider, the procedure begins with the application of a local anesthetic to numb the targeted injection area and ensure comfort. The provider then administers a series of dermal filler injections, typically using 4 to 6 units per session, depending on the patient’s individual anatomy. Additional units may be used at the provider’s discretion for larger anatomies. After the injections, the patient is fitted with a compression garment to support the treatment. To allow proper healing, patients should avoid sexual activity and self-pleasure for 7 to 10 days, or as advised by the provider based on personal anatomy.

Aftercare:

What is the PhalloFILL® penis enlargement technique?

Does PhalloFILL® increase penis length?

No, the procedure only increases girth. Some patients appear longer in the flaccid state because there’s less post-treatment shrinkage. True lengthening requires a consistent stretching regimen using a penile extender like Phallosan®, which has been shown to increase length by up to 2 inches. Surgical lengthening is not recommended due to potential complications, including scarring, infection, and loss of function or sensation.

How long will PhalloFILL® last?

Results can last 3–4 years, and in some cases up to 6 years. The majority of filler remains long-term, with only minor reduction after the first treatment due to inflammation. Filler can be topped up at any time with smaller touch-up sessions. Everyone metabolizes filler differently, so longevity varies. Unlike permanent fillers, PhalloFILL® can be safely dissolved with an enzyme if needed.

Side Effects of PhalloFILL®

There are no long-term negative effects of fillers on penis function or sex life. Erections, urination, and overall function remain normal — the only change is increased girth when flaccid and erect.

Penis fillers are non-invasive, low-risk, and fully reversible. In the short term, it’s best to wait until the filler sets and injection sites heal before resuming sexual activity. Additionally, Minor bruising may occur for around 1–2 weeks.

What if I don’t like the results?

Because PhalloFILL® uses hyaluronic acid, the filler can be completely or partially dissolved using hyaluronidase if you’re unhappy with the results. Are there precautions I should take after treatment?

Yes. Patients should wear a compression garment to keep the penis extended and ensure filler remains evenly distributed. Avoid sexual activity and masturbation for 7–10 days, or as advised. Should I be concerned about filler migration?

Filler migration is rare when post-care is followed properly. The compression garment helps hold the filler in place while it bonds with natural tissue. Once integrated, the filler is stable. Treatments and consultations are performed on an outpatient basis in a new private, modern clinic setting with easy-to-access free underground/ surface parking with direct access by VIVA public transit or car. We are adjacent to hotel facilities (Sheraton Parkway Toronto, Courtyard and Residence Inn by Marriott, and Hilton Garden Inn) for our out-of-town patients and their families.
